Our Story
Karak House began with a simple idea: bring the generosity of the Arabian table and the depth of Indian home cooking to one address in Tbilisi. Our chefs grind their own masala, seal every biryani by hand and keep the tandoor burning from noon until the last guest leaves.

Guest Reviews
“The mandi is the best I have eaten outside the Gulf. The room is warm, the staff remember your name, and the karak is dangerous — we ordered three rounds.”
“Finally, real kabsa in Tbilisi. Rice cooked properly, lamb falling apart, sauce with genuine black lime. It tastes like home.”
“Biryani with distinct grains and a proper dum, plus rogan josh that actually tastes Kashmiri. Vegetarian dishes are cooked separately, which I appreciated.”
